What payment methods do you accept?


We process MasterCard and Visa credit cards, Instant EFT (with SA’s four biggest banks)




Is there a required minimum purchase quantity for name badges?


No, there is no required minimum quantity for ordering name badges. You can order 1 badge or 1000 badges and you will still receive the utmost care and attention to your order.




Is there a set up fee for name badges?


There is NO set up fee or proofing fee when ordering one of our standard size badges. There is a one-time R250 set up fee for metal badges. You will only pay this fee once (per shape/design) so any future orders using the same design will not be charged a fee.




What printing processes do you use to make name badges?


We use the latest UV printing and laser engraving technology which allows us to provide superior print quality at an affordable price.




What badge fittings / fastener options do you offer?


We have a number of different fittings / fastener options. You can chose from Magnetic, Pin, Swivel Clip, or Pocket Clip. Click Here to View.




What is your turnaround time?


Once payment is received your order will be transferred over to our design team and production is 2-3 business days (if your order includes doming this may be extended slightly). If you require a proof please add an additional 2 business days to the order. We do offer the option to expedite and have your order designed, printed, and shipped the same day (if order is approved prior to 3pm EST).




How long will delivery take and what is the price?


Delivery time will vary depending on where you are located. Once the order leaves our facility, standard delivery is approximately 3-5 business days. Order outside of Johannesburg will be courierd.....




What is your return policy?


As all of our items are Custom Made Products – If a delivered product matches your order specifications (either from being designed on the website or via a designer proof), then the item is considered non-returnable. If the delivered product is defective or misprinted, please follow the below procedure: Send images of the product to enquiries@ss1.co.za. Please include your invoice number and a description of the problem. A customer service representative will get back to you within 24 business hours.
